I bought my ARB and winch off Tim. No instructions just a ton of bolts and winch. I put the winch in and took three people to get it on. Some how way shape or form we figured out where everything went. It was somewhat of a pain but we got her on and a set of kings in good time. But heck yeah you need a couple of peeps to get that sucker on!!

I hate my life out here in Central Louisiana. I have run in to a total of ZERO people that have Tacomas. :(

    Still alive... Hating life...

So I got my hood on, but can't really get it aligned. As you can see, the crack on the driver's side is much wider than the crack on the passenger side. I'm gonna get a socket swivel or flex head 12mm ratchet out of my toolbox at work tomorrow and try to loosen the bolts where the hinges bolt to the fenders and see if I can get it to budge that way. Still a big improvement over the old hood anyway!!IMG_7840.jpgIMG_7834.jpgIMG_7833.jpg

New carpet installed today and new rock rings installed on felt wipers. Still need to get the seats bolted in but I had enough wrestling with the carpet. It was either blistering hot (baked it in the sun so it was pliable) to handle or too cool to be pliable enough, there was no invetween. Cut too much out for the shifters but hoping I can find a center console and just cover it. Will tackle the seats Thursday I think. Realized too that the rear inobard bolts are a different size so now I have to go digging to find out what they are.

We used to say at work, we should be able to retire from 18 to 30 so we can really enjoy it, then work until we croak.
