I'm possibly replacing my broken leaf springs with some from a guy that's putting in a lift. I haven't tackled a project like this before so I'm unsure of the incidentals ill need. Anyone have recommendations on bolts, bushings, etc?

It should be a bolt in project. You will reuse all of your bolts to put in the other springpack.

If your springs are more than a year old spray some kind of bolt-loosener (PB Blaster) on every bolt a few days before you want to do the project.

Another thing off of "The List" for the 5-lug slug, and off of my computer room floor. An ordered BAMF light-bar bracket came in, in the past week. Did the final install of the grille assembly, and installed the KC lights back into place behind the grille - I've left the KC light covers off, obviously - quite useless with the grille now in front of them.

I am quite pleased with the T-Rex replacement grille, and the light combination. Cleans the front end up significantly, in not having a set of driving lights just bolted on the bumper, "out there", and potentially getting damaged.

I'm hoping it goes good. It's my first lift so it has me a little nervous.
I will definitely post some pictures when I get everything done.

I had to do springs on the front, too. And i have yet to do the rear packs, but that's on the list, hence why i'm curious. Trying to decide between deavers and dakars... I love those tires. I got the 255/85-16's.

Quick tip. Run a zip tie through the pin hole to the shackle body to keep the pin from rattling out.
