I have the stuff below and the way it is currently wired it seems like it's wrong. It just doesn't hit as hard as I feel it should. I had 2 10's in a reg cab s10 and they hit super hard.

Anyway, this is what I have along with the wiring diagrams I've found. How should I do this?

I currently have the wiring like the bottom diagram but the amp says it's a 1 channel.

It's been a while since I've done this stuff

You should use the upper diagram. Based on all of your components that should be ideal.

You're only using one sub, yeah? That means you can wire those coils at 1 ohm or 4 ohms. The amp isn't good for 1 ohm, so 4 ohms would be your only choice. It's capable of making 200W at 4 ohms.

You should be wiring it like the bottom picture (series). Wiring it in parallel will likely send your amp into protect or burn it up altogether.

Edit: if you have 2 subs, then yeah, use the top drawing.

    Thanks guys!

I went with the top drawing and it sounds way better now.
