Crap!!!!! I'm rubbing with brand new tires!!

Alright guys just got my set up put on yesterday . Let's start with the lift it's a 3 inch leveling kit from rough country. My tires are 275/55r20. Im gonna post pictures once the sun comes up because my truck looks awesome ! So I barely rub on the inside not the mud flap but right below the coils. Any suggestions? Seems like the only way is wheel spacers ! And I didn't want to do that !

Does that sound right? I'm not a wheel guy but my shop said they would fit!

Ahhhh should have checked with you guys before I did anything ! So what can I do to help this? 6 inch lift? New shocks?

 

I assumed that would be the answer ! Didn't want to though what do you reccomend ? I had spidertrax on my jeep!

 

Says all sales are final on the invoice but it's worth a shot I guess ! My prob is I already sold my stock wheels/tires

All of the aftermarket upper control arms give you more clearance between the tire and the arm. If that's the only place you're rubbing, UCA's or wheel spacers will fix your problem.

 

If you had Spidertrax on your Jeep and had a good experience with them then get some for your Taco!

 

Or get the right offset and not use any spacers!


Damn 20" rims gotta ruin things.

 

If the wheel shop told you that they would fit and they don't I would be taking this conversation to them. You were the customer and the "experts" told you to get a certain size rim/tire you should hold them to their advice.

Tell them to make it right!

 

Yeah go to the shop first, but if all else fails then throw the wheel spacers on! I had mine for a while and had no issues at all!
