Only thing to do different on the tacos next time is tell them flour tortilla's instead of corn tortilla's. Never been a big fan of the corn ones.

I don't know. Seems like it's dry with the corn to me.

I've had pork tips at the Mexican restaurant at work both ways and like it better with the flour also. Flour also seems to not fall apart so easy.

Now if I could talk the one at work into making steak and shrimp tacos I'd be set. Of course he would cause he'll do anything cause we're all eating there all the time.

Ahhh I see your point At taco trucks they usually double up on the tortilla so they don't fall apart when we get. Might be different where you're at?

 

I decided after steaks the other night I'm getting a new grill soon. Going with an Oklahoma Joe one probably with the half gas and half charcoal with smoker option. Shit will be right on dat.

I'm kind of over the whole infrared grill I have now. Damn thing is just inconsistent with grilling. I get the same steaks everytime and I cook them the same everytime and they are always cooked different. Faaaaaack.

 

I tied one on Friday night, and sent some weird political memes to my boss by mistake. I had been sharing memes with a friend and somehow mixed up text threads.
I'll here about it tomorrow.

Kind of funny. At restaurant at work theirs are doubled but the one near my house isn't. They are related. His uncle owns the restaurant over here by the house. Lol
