I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
A little 24 hour brisket I whipped up this weekend.

Sous Vied at 155 for 18 hours and smoked for 6 hours on the smoker at 190 to an internal temp of 185.

Been working on my MBA, so I haven't had a ton of time to cook lately. I got to fire up the smoker today, though, for some brisket and ribs. Good to know I still got it ;).

Dam guys, there is some serious talent in the room now. One day we need to meet up in the middle country. Have a car show, and a bragging rights only, down and dirty, cook off. I'm sure there is a marketing genius in here who can get Creek Stone Farms, Tacoma World and Weber to sponsor it.

Do 2 briskets. Vacuum seal one for camping next time. That way you don't have to worry about what to make. :)
