This is almost exactly what I am going to do except I'm going to run the upper pulleys above the rafters and am going to use a 110v winch from harbor freight to lift and lower....I like your idea too though.

 

I will be down for one even if its 50 but i need to make sure i can get mine before the 23rd of May. Im looking at a Rainer ext. summit in grey and no one can give me an answer.
