    Just finagled the Renogy 100W panel in between the rails for a lower profile. They almost came together like Lego.

    I have a dual battery setup. The wires from the panel go to a charge controller, which then goes to the secondary battery to charge it.

    The panel is about 1/16" longer than the cross bars for Tacoma rack. I had to jam washers on a couple cross bars to be able to drop the panel inside the rails. If your cross bar is 47.2" or longer, it should fit nicely.

    It has a metal channel that securely clips the the wind deflector and then behind that channel is the weatherstripping like material. That metal channel does a great job of forming to the shape of the wind deflector and feels like its holding it on quite tightly
