Do any of you guys know a good wheel alignment center here locally? Just got bigger wheels and tires and although there is no lift involved yet, the alignment seams a little off.

I'd be interested in hearing where people are taking theirs. I've taken mine to Goodyear, they're a joke, and Thru-way spring, which took forever and there was some miscommunication. I'll be taking my truck to hawk frame and axle next, hopefully they'll be my forever place.

I'd be down for a meet and greet as well. I live in the Western New York area (south Buffalo), but would be willing to drive to a meet up. :drunk:

What does the new law allow for transmission? And how much was the ticket for?

Basically the front windows are slightly tinted from factory and they are just legal. I was told anything added to the windows would make them illegal in NY.

I'm not sure what the fine will be. The officer thought that if I get it removed and supply a letter stating that, the court might drop the charge. Hopefully it will just be the court surcharge.

If anyone is looking for the transmission TSB or the fluid level check go to Lebrun Toyota in Canandaigua, I just had my 10k service and they did both without questioning me or saying they had to diagnose it. The transmission TSB is great, transmission is so much better later shifts, hold gears longer does not upshift too fast and drives way better at highway speed.

I had to show them the tsb paperwork before they would do it at my 10k service but that was a couple of months ago. I am glad to hear they are more responsive now!

Yeah, they said that they had done a bunch of them lately, so they must be more responsive now, plus the service writer said they just charge Toyota for it anyway.

Removed the air dam and installed a front-mount hitch in its place.
