What is the ideal stroke length required for a for a 2nd Gen + All Pro Expo's?

Searched, but found mixed results of 2" vs 4"

    Thanks

Shorter the better. With a spring over set up and a 4" bump, you will be riding within the bump way too much.

Get the icon bolt on kit. Dont use the spacer. I just installed mine last weekend and i love it for unexpected dips or jumps. I have expo springs with unbolt flip. If you have a flip kit you need to order special bump plates
