Selling my Leer 100XR topper/cap. I just had it installed on 29 Dec 16, but decided a topper is not the way I want to go. It's been garage kept and is in new condition with zero damage.

Specifics: It's MGM in color and made for a LONG BED. Has sliding side windows, drop down/removable front window, carpeted inside, standard single LED light.

Price: I'm looking for $950 (I paid $2,166 just 3.5 months ago). That is the new dropped price. I'd originally asked $1,300 but have seen other prices and want to be competitive.

Location: Near Orlando and Tampa, but willing to travel a little. The topper dealer I bought from is located in Brandon, FL and will remove from mine and install on yours for $150. I will cover this cost if I get a full price offer.

Misc: Please contact me with any questions, I'm willing to work with any buyer to make sure we're both satisfied. Thanks.

That seems to be the thing with all cap sales online, it's always almost what someone needs. o_O

It did in my case, I was very impressed. I saw a lot of people talking about color swatches or dealers (foolishly) removing gas cap covers, but my guys just used the VIN. Maybe Leer got together with Toyota to narrow down the variations.

Hope it works out for you, they're built great and do their job. It's just not what I need. It's my first truck/first cap and a big learning experience (unfortunately an expensive one here).

Good to know, thanks. I've waited a year to see if I really wanted one, hope it meets my needs

Why not buy it and get it painted quicksand? I can't imagine that would run much more than $500. You'd still be all in for much less than the $2k+ for a new one.

Not a bad idea, I'd like to do racks on top as well, anyone know if you can you do that aftermarket?

Yes. Tons of options from mild to major. Yakima, Thule, etc for mild. Prinsu, Frontrunner, etc for more overland expedition loads.

I may find myself in that area around the beginning of May. Would that top fit a 2010 DCLB? I have a silver mica Tacoma, but I don't mind the color difference.
