How is this product from them? I like the price. How durable is it? Looks like velcro attached at the top rail.

I've had mine for 5 mos and it's held up really well for what it's worth. We've had it up in the snow and in 95 degree heat and dust in the desert with no problems. It also keeps the bed pretty dry (not 100% dry but dry enough to protect luggage etc) even in hard rain.

I've also got an access cab 4x4 utility package with the 4cyl. Your truck looks fantastic!! I saw that you were running 285/65r18 but what rims are those? Back spacing, offset, etc? Also what suspension set up are you running? Just trying to get ideas for mine and I think your set up looks the most like what I have in my head so I'm just curious.

installed RCI bolt on sliders. The instructions included are kind of lame. I had figure out a few things on my own like the bolt that's too long for the drivers side where the relay box sits.. Good thing I had a bunch of extra washers laying around. I'll eventually go to HD and see If I can get the proper size bolt. Other than that, I love this thing and glad I didn't go with the filler plate. Also, don't be directly under a socket wrench when working...you'll bust your lip.

I actually have a lot of work to do but it starts with sound deadening and stereo upgrade.

For the rear doors, I line only the outer door skin with Dynamat:

For the front doors, I cover both surfaces (i.e. inside and out):

... and restore the factory liner:

The entire front section is lined:

    ... and the back wall:

I would have put it under the rear seat as well but I ran out of material (used two 36 ft² boxes).

My last build was way too involved so this time I am cheating and using the OEM Audio Plus equipment.

Hard to believe how crappy the factory speakers are. Here they are next to the replacements:

The little dash speakers (RHS) are replaced with OEM+ tweeters. These actually have the biggest magnets of all the ones removed:

    To be continued.....

So this happened yesterday...So I went to the stealership for my 10k maintenance. As soon as I pull into the garage I have some random worker pulling on my pro grille, I got out and I was like wtf are you doing and he looked at me like a deer in headlights. Come to find out a guy there had a pro and the middle part of his pro grille is moving around quite a bit (mine has slight movement from side to side). After talking to the owner I notice his tab was broke and that's why his middle section of grille pushed in, we both told the tech that this is not normal. Mine has a little play but its obvious he has a broken tab. They end up telling him sorry there is nothing toyota will be doing for this, you did not tell us when you took delivery. That's a big damn slap in the face after spending 44k on a truck. Guess you can chalk that up to a lesson learned, check the truck up and down before you make the purchase and leave the lot!

Moving on, I told my service manager that I'd like to see if there are any updates for the transmission (since the last Rev1) and radio, sadly there were none. I told him I was still having shifting issues that I am unhappy with, he said keep checking back because toyota puts out updates all the time, yeah okay...lol. I also told him I think I have a slow leak in my driver side rear tire, come to find out I have two nails in that SOB, one puncturing the side wall. The one in side wall caught me off guard, that's a weird spot. So now I need a new tire, luckily they put 100 towards the tire but their prices are so inflated w/ the 100 off it's still the same or more than anywhere else. So I tell him go ahead lets get the tire done and they didn't even have it in stock. So they filled that tire up and told me it would be in tomorrow, luckily the leak isn't horrible at the moment.

On a side note I got a lot of compliments on @rrentrop s door sill and glovebox vinyls, badge inlays, and tailgate inlays. They really liked the hondo ar15 radio knobs as well.

Here is a pic of my crappy luck...

I see OPT7 Fluxbeam LEDs brought up every so often on here. For those of you that have them, would you recommend them? How's the light output? Any moisture build up? Dead spots in the light?

I see some conflicting reviews on Amazon, mostly good but the bad ones have me concerned. I'd like to get someone's opinion on here if they work well for our trucks.

    Thanks.
