The Official Gym & Fitness Thread

Got back on the preworkout today....

 

Drinking some right now.

 

Drank 1.5 scoops of Hyde this morning to finish off the tub......... then aggressive rap music while working out. Weights were moved.

 

I have this exact same setup

 

What's up everybody,
anybody doing any special workouts/switching things up this week?

I'm gonna hit the park for some calisthenics and monkey bars, along with sprints... Probably finish it off with some zumba or Jazzersize ..

Might wear my new leopard print g string, if anybody was wondering.

 

I am actually gonna switch things up in the next week or so. Probably gonna do a couple weeks of really light, a lot of volume. Then start on a new program.

 

I've been doing Wendlers 5/3/1 since beginning of the year. Love it.

 

Is it wrong if that cat turns me on?

 

I tried Hyde for the first time last night. That shit is intense!

 

Cool, yeah always a good idea when you switch it up, to ease into a new thing as not to injure thyself... That's what I'm doing. And it's funny how you can be dialed in and tuned up with one style of working out, and switch to another and feel like a rookie.

I've seen one person in the gym with a jug of water...it was a girl, and she never even touched it during her workout

Theres one dude that comes to the gym, literally like this to a T, except his legs aren't like stilts.. He literally talks out loud to himself, for every rep, COME ON! TWO MORE, COME ON! ONE MORE! type thing.

Then theres another guy he's Mexican and does the same thing, except he counts out loud in Spanish haha, I've told him how funny I think that sounds a couple of times.. It's just different to hear somebody chanting encouragement to themselves in Spanish during a workout. Siete! Ocho! Nueve! Diez!

Lol we have one guy that grunts pretty loud, but Saturday I saw a new guy that was like boxing the air in between sets and playing air drums and shit. Dude is like my size, but probably 8-9% bf though, so he gets a pass.

I don't mind if somebody doing their thing to get motivated, like the air drums or boxing thing.. But sometimes people get annoying, I prefer to be silent, I don't slam weights around or drop them etc. Guess the tinnitus plays into that.

I tagged you along with a gif, but I don't know why it's not showing up.. I can see it before post, but not after

 

I play the air drums. Especially if I'm about to max or do a really heavy set. Shit pumps me up good
