    fixin to... been another Monday (not like my yesterday, went home half a day cuz at lunch time my boss was like "you not eat" and I was like "not really feel like it" he imidiately told me to get ready to go home cuz I must be sick) just had a migraine I think, started out with nausea, got home couldn't see out of my left eye, then took some acetametaphine, then a few hours later my wife went and got some Excedrin migraine and I took that, may have consumed 500 calories yesterday... I think that is a record for me

    yeah speakin of that, I had a mandatory bowel evacuation first thing yesterday morning and had a protein shake for breakfast then some peanuts (like 12) and maybe 20 rits crackers and a few sips of sprite all day, expected my abs to be ripped to shreds when I took my shirt off last night... it was just the regular rip :(

    I'm pretty good now, I usually just take a Phenergan and sleep it off, but exerdrin migraine are just Tylenol with lots of caffeine in them so if you take them good luck sleeping it off haha. I think 1 pill has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee and I took 2 about 4 o'clock so I was still going pretty strong till 9 or so then I took a shower and hit the hay

    I had 2 hotdogs today with bbq sauce and some primerib and horseradish potatoe chips... I'm feeling back to like 83%
