    Medecine-wise, you can't do much. For heat exhaustion/stroke, you have to cool body at a gradual and constant rate.....too quick of a cool-down, the body can go into shock and it is very possible for brain/heart to become damaged.
    Usually, people are put into shade, stripped down amd slowly fed room-temp water.
    Instead of water, personally, I would provide Pedialite......since it has electrolytes and jt PERFECT for dehydration.
