Yea I recognize the plate cover in the front. Do u ever get them to service it ?

 

Never have, no. I've brought it to Markham Toyota twice. Other then that just do it myself

 

Haven't had the best experience with them, but they try there best. Is your truck lifted ?

 

Not right now. Had bilsteins front and rear set at 1.75... but I snapped the rear one off at the bolt. Now just stock

 

How far north are u, have u ever taken the truck to ardbeg trail

 

I'm in Petawawa. Never been on that trail.

which one did you get? Igot the worst service from the manager there. The sales women was great. Good looking i might add

I got quite the brush off from the service manager even before picking up the truck. I had read about the ujoints not being greased, & the u bolts not tight, so I had asked for both of those to be done, before picking up the truck. The manager gave the salesman a bs line as I was standing off to the side, heard the whole BS. I stormed out of there pissed.
The woman service advisor is also a piece of work...

 

My dealer has tried numerous times to give me the run around. I've even been insulted by on of there service mangers. Apparently I was too meticulous because when I dropped it off for an oil change and received it back with a 10 inch scratch on the passengers door, I was mad. His response was it was probably there before ? Wtf???. I tried calling Toyota Canada, all they said is they are independent dealers so they have no control. Great help. Don't get me wrong they build great trucks. But it's all the same bs. After going back and forth over the phone they agreed to fix the scratch.

 

Wow... now I am going to walk around the truck & inspect it close after each dealership visit. Glad they did fix it in the end.

 

Do a walk around with the SM and inspect it first before you go in.
