I have the ChiTown 4x4 rear window actuator. It is super awesome! Just like the power rear window on my 4Runner.

    I can't believe it's already Wednesday!
Had meetings all day Monday and Tuesday so feel like I haven't done any of my actual work.
This morning I have a meeting at our wedding venue and headed to the office after, so that won't help with the feeling of not getting my work done

A little late to the game as I was busy last night. I have two routines for vehicles depending on how bad they are. Granted I don't wash the truck like this although I'll be doing a quick once over this spring on the truck to wax/seal it. I order the stuff from the company we order through the shop - www.detailersdomain.com

    Standard quick wash:
Single Bucket with a Grit Gaurd
    Adam Wash Shampoo
    Microfiber sponge
Squeegee to quickly remove majority of the water (I wash/wipe down the squeegee everytime to remove traces of dirt/sand)
    Dry with UberBlack Microfiber Towel

Full Exterior detail: roughly about 12-24hrs I like to let the car sit after the seal indoors overnight before waxing
P21S Total Autowash Soak when dry
    Standard Quick wash and dry
Nanoskin Autoscrub - Clay simulating buffing pad
    Meguiars Detail Spray
    Standard Quick Wash and dry
Compound/polish with various levels to remove swirls or scratches (Mazerna/3M/Meguiars products)
Seal with Sonax Polymer Net shield
Wax with whatever wax the color of the vehicle is best picked out for for the evo was Collinite or Lusso's

Wheels - Removed and done individually off the car after full detail is completed
    Sonax Wheel Cleaner
Adam's Tire brush (or any fine hair brush - I can't remember which one I have)

With that being said the evo used to get one full detail a year then a final double wash at the end of the year before storage. The Truck will get a quick version of the full exterior detail sometime after I do the suspension install depending on how much time I have.

These are my favorite drying towels out of all of the ones I have used. Remember to wash microfibers separate from other towels and with low heat. I soak them in the microfiber cleaning solution for a week before I wash them.

We've been crazy at work this week. Part of the problem is that we've been down at least 2 people every day so far. But we're definitely seeing the spring rush.

Morning all. Today is my Thursday, we've got Friday off.

Just arrived in sunny Freeport. Hit the 530am class the gym before driving up and PR'd my deadlift, so a good start to the day so far.

Yep - I used to do this once a month on my Evo... now it's like once a year since I barely drive it and the paint took a beating from sitting under the cover.

I just pressure wash the truck....
