Are you doing whole plant systems with chillers, cooling towers, the whole 9? Or just air handlers and ducting? Or all of it?

 

Yes, because I was the cameraman.

 

All of it. Whatever project the government sends out haha. We've done a little bit of everything, you name it. This one is a simple air handler project at a hospital.

 

I've always noticed older folk tend to shake doing normal activity. I think they make medicine for that.

 

My chocolate milk is always mixed well.

If it's within 8 hours we tend to drive company trucks, saves the company money. Flying may be faster "travel time" but sitting in airports and shit makes it take as long as driving and cost more when you're under the 8 hour mark.

 

Boy I wish I could go back to the days when I had a boss I liked enough to sit in a truck with him for 8 (read: 2) hours and not spend the next 80 to life in prison.

 

I got lucky there. My boss is 31 and we get along great. He even drives a Tacoma (3rd gen and won't mod it), so we have similar mindsets haha!

if you were an engineer with HVAC experience (are you?) I could recommend you, we will be hiring soon.

 

I spent over a year as an HVAC mechanic. I feel like that counts. lol

 

It's more experience than I had coming in, I've never done HVAC in the field. Do you have an engineering degree? Personally I feel like engineering degrees shouldn't be the qualifier lol, you know more than I do I'm sure on HVAC, but it's like the ACT for scholarships...it's just the way it is.

 

Boy. Do I have a engineering degree? Did you really just ask me that? Five minutes ago I was talking about trying to create torsional failures in a lab. Like who else gonna be wasting time doing that shit?

Seriously though, if you're interested I'll keep you in the loop on what's happening. We just won 3 new projects and are expecting to do really good this year (as a 2 man team). We almost hired last year but the gov't backed out on awarding projects because of election year.
