Sorry to hear about your pup, Al. That is not an easy decision to make and it's absolutely heartbreaking to have to do it. If you're like me, your pups are very much a part of your family, and the idea of losing one is pretty awful. Hang in there.

Brother, I feel for you. I had to put down my best friend back in February. She was getting older, but otherwise still doing well. Then she started vomiting and in less than a week we had to let her go. It was terrible. That dog was my buddy through a really shitty time in my life, and I still miss her badly. I can't imagine losing my other one. Sorry you had to deal with that.

 

You had a rare one that was without issue... You'd just be tempting fate by buying another.

 

All my issues went away after not visiting to 3rd Gen page...its a hot mess there.

Good...don't visit the 3rd Gen page too much otherwise you may start getting those symptoms. Only issue I had was the hood needed to be re-glued as it started flappin like aero's belly on the highway

Dude my Note4 is tanking in a hurry. I have tried cleaning up everything, removing shit apps, and even reseting my email. It slower then shit and freezing a lot. The S8 now has the same sized screen and really the only thing I will not get is the Note S Pen which I barely used anyways.

 

Removable battery? IR blaster? SD Card? Mine acted up a bit in December so I ordered some anker batteries that helped

Also, regarding dogs, if you have the money or can finance the medical, and you think of your pup as family, then do eeet.
Paid 4K for mine when he was 6 years old, ruptured disk partially paralysed. Surgery fixed the disk, one rear leg was forever weaker than the other but the paralysis was fixed as well. Little dude had a happy life for another 13 years after surgery. Would absolutely do again.

 

Yep a very hard decision, I spent over $3K only to lose pet anyways. I decided afterwards, I will never do that again, then spent $1.3K on Barley when he ate a bunch of Sugerless Gum (Massively bad for dogs).

 

S8 has a removable battery again and and SD Card slot that will handle up to a 256gig card. Larger screen and quad core processing. Watch their launch video on YouTube. If the phone is actually capable of everything they show on that video it's quite impressive.
