    I would assume jpeg is fine. Our plasma cutter at work, we can drop a JPEG in there then you can trace over the lines for the cuts or the software picks them up and you can edit it

    I'll convert just about any type of art file for you guys. We have a subscription to Adobe Illustrator, and I use that to create AI files that I feed to the laser. I can import nearly anything, but please make sure the image is high res. Solid color logos work great. Black and white is even better. The laser will take jpegs and bmp directly, but it doesn't do a great job of converting. In AI, I can tweak the file to perfection (or pretty close depending on what you send me to work with)

    If you send me a photograph that is thumbnail sized, don't be mad at me when I can't get a good etching file from it! It's happened! LOL

    I send renderings of the art files before anything is etched, just to make sure you're happy with it.

    Once the order is placed, just reply to the order confirmation email with your request, and I'll work on it!
