Want to rewire my system through my center console rather than under my door guard on the driver side. It will look a little nice and Ill be able to get a cleaner ground spot.

Any thing i should watch for when removing. Probably gonna do it tonight. just want to see if i need to watch anything. Only looks like a couple bolts holdin her on.

2 bolts on the bottom, and a bracket bolted onto the center hump under the console if I remember. Oh, 2 screws in front for the shifter boot.

I grounded mine behind the last metal bracket on the drivers side of the console that the console bolts to. Good luck it looks clean after your done and it all comes apart very easily.

Thanks for the tips, was just wondering if there were any weird screws, but it seems there all visible.

What should I do about the material that is with the 4WD shifter?

That is the picture of my center console, bad quality my enV lense was dirty. Lol, note the power wire squished up against the centerconsole. Need to get that underneath :)

Oh, I see it. Mine was a standard and I thought you wanted to remove the part you would lean your elbow on. Im not sure how that piece comes out, but I think it MIGHT just snap out. Look at the sides for screws holding it in and go easy, I could be wrong.

Yeah i want to take the whole thing out. Shifter console, arm rest, I want to run that wire under it and potentially get a ground under there. Hoping to find a good bolt thats hidden.
