    They were seriously discussing calling a plumber to come and fix it, haha!

    It's not usually an issue because the cleaning lady mops the floors when she's here (and a fair amount of it goes down that drain), but she took last week off because she had the flu so all of the water in the trap evaporated.

    Weaksauce 285# x 5 touch and go. But last time I went for a 1 rep max DL a few months ago I barely pulled 245. Deadlifting is a huge weakness for me.

    I think I should be able to pull 300#, just didn't have time to try since I had to move onto some backsquats for all the hamstring and glute gains.

    I've never had a problem towing a trailer in Maine or NH, but I absolutely refuse to tow a trailer in MA if I can avoid it, for those reasons you listed above
