    AirlInes have the ability to kick anyone off the plane for whatever reason. The ticket doesn't assure you of a seat, sad really.
    When they forcefully removed him that was the issue. I bet they didn't want to make the poor flight crew take an indirect flight. Bet they wish they had now.

    Yep failure to obey the directions of a flight crew is a federal offense. Of which, he made a few. From what I have heard he was actually offered and agreed to a monetary incentive to give up his and his wife's seat. He then decided to board anyway
