Very nice choice I have been looking at the AVIC-F700BT model myself. My buddy is putting the finishing touches on a AVIC-Z3
system in his 05 DC he put the camera in the rear tailgate handle like the 09 I am going to look at it this weekend.
Post some pictures when you get your system put together.[IMG]

If you are going to be getting rid of your 09' deck, I might be interested in buying it to put in my 08' (I am selling my Pioneer system to pay for a divorce).

Hahaha... Wait, I was a mod before Isocoee.

No, I have already sold a matress set, a futon, a stereo, a computer, 2 TVs, a table set, a bar stool set, a set of rims, and I am trying to sell my PSOne (which no one is interested in). I am also selling my house and moving into an apartment a block away from my work...

I am an everything must go person. :p

eBay prices on the headunit are close to $200-$300 cheaper.

Does anyone on here have one installed? Any pros cons? I searched google but didn't find too much info.

Head over to AVIC411.com, they are going to have all the pluses/minuses about the unit. I have the 700 in my truck and I like it. It is fairly new equipment and they have already updated the firmware once and updated quite a few features. They still need to do some updating to make the unit fully functional and take out some quirks but overall I like it so far.

Does anyone know if there is a steering wheel control interface compatible with this deck and the tacoma's steering wheel controls?

I have had mine in my '07 for a few months with the steering controls. System initially had some bad writeups but I can't say anything bad about it. I find I use the voice activation less and less as you have to push the toggle button dead center to activate. One bump and you are zooming in or out on the GPS. There are alot of custom stuff you can do to the screens from avic411.com but I think youneed to be pretty savy with computer language.

Which PAC unit are you using? There is a couple models and the one unit that shows it supports AVIC units doesn't have the F900BT or F90BT in the compatibility list.
