    Those are called Lightning Rod Shifters, l last recall seeing them from the Factory in a mid 80s Olds. Also Lenco's as shown above.

    I actually really like the early 'Cudas with the Slant. Seems like they're not as common to find anymore, because everybody yanked the six's and dropped V8's into them back before people started appreciating 'factory condition' cars.
    Any plans to turn it into a Super Six, or going to leave it as it is for now?
