I just installed a Yakima roof rack that I found on CL for a few bucks. Its mounted str8 to my cap. I just drilled holes in my cap, and bolted it to the cap. I used silicon to weatherproof the mounting. Just wanted to get your opinions on how you think it looks... I know that there are some people that like racks and some who hate racks. I personally love the way it looks. Just wanted other opinions though. I may take the fairing off, it may be a bit too much, what do you guys think?

Can't wait till the weather warms so I can put my kayak up there! Also looking into a cargo basket, for the many camping trips i'll be making.

    Thanks Guys!

    I love a good rack!
(The one on your roof doesn't look too bad, either)

Haha that's funny right there! Thanks for all the compliments. I am installing a berkley rod holder tonight. They will attach to the inside roof of my cap and hold up to four poles. I will post pics a little later.
