where are you located and is it possible to just drill holes in my camper shell and mount it?

 

I would be interested depending on price.

If you are not looking to ship I could probably arrange local pick up, I have family in the huntington beach area as well as in the east bay area.

 

I'm located in Southern California, and no it does require rack tracks, yakima tracks are what I'm using.
