How many of y'all have tailgate reinforcement skins or other methods? Which one did you get? Contemplating ordering one.

 

I have the Relentless 1 piece aluminum one. Even the guys at Mobtown agree that for max protection the 1 piece is the way to go

 

I have the mobtown one. I like that it looks pretty factory

 

I did the F150 mod tailgate reinforcement. It's pretty beefy!

I had some juice called Space Jam, it was really good. I quit for a few month by using a vape, but the tank kept leaking and the coil would burn in a matter of hits, not weeks or a month. I guess the juice and the coil were not friendly with each other... IDK too much about it, so I said fuck it and got another pack I still have my vape, I need to get a new tank and stuff. There's a vape shop near by at least, up here in buttfuck nowhere, NH.

I've been exclusively binging on Netflix. Then I will sign up for one of the streaming TV services. Not too expensive, and far cheaper than even basic cable.

I was thinking about the Mobtown ribbed one without the top lip because it'll keep that factory look keeping the upper plastic. Just didn't know if it would still be worth it because like mach1man said 1 piece is certainly stronger. Every time I sit or stand on the tailgate I get worried lol

As both the Relentless and Mobtown guys said to me it's the folds that really add the strength. On the Relentless one you can put the factory skin back on so the only thing that doesn't look like factory is the cap. Also aluminum is nice because it won't rust if it gets scratched as mine has

They're not wrong. The tailgate on my Dodge is much more rigid than the tailgate on my Tacoma ever was, because it has a lot more bends in the stamping. Of course, it's probably made from thicker sheetmetal, too.

 

I got it for when I have bikes in the back. I had a 250lb man walk a gixxer off the back of mine. I held my breath but she held haha
