Warming up here so lots of crazy thunderstorms and shit going on. Hail damage all around me too. Thankfully i havent had hail damage in my area this year.

Yeah not sure if i will have my truck out of the shop and will probably not have my front pelfrey bumper built and delivered in time. Maybe if i can get my stock front bumper installed. Not too worried about damaging that...

Did you already pay for Jambo?

Yea, time is being crunched on that for sure, I would say throw the stock back on there and come to Jambo regardless... you will regret it if you don't come.

I did Jambo last year with stock bumper and stock lift and had no issue on most trails. I didn't do anything crazy... but still had a blast.

Heck... you could WIN A NEW BUMPER POSSIBLY!!! THEN HAVE TWO BUMPERS!!!!

I dont like the way it looks anymore. Going with an aluminum pelfreybilt with a center hoop.
    Its really not that funny....

Dude, if you paid... then bring your ass. Get the stock mounted, even if it is ziptied up. Come to Jambo, have a blast, try and win some stuff to then sell or trade... and boom. Trip worth it.

It is now kinda. Only because you are going Alum.

Very true... That would also work as well.

Plenty of people to ride with.

Or we use your truck and everyone hops on the kickouts like we are firefighters.

I think we could seriously get 3 people on the kickout alone!

Sliders with kick outs so large you can easily fit two people on each side on them.... need to paint the truck red and use it like an old school fire truck.

@ETXTacoma what is the traffic and dust like up by the RVs? I imagine there will be a lot of people driving through the RV area due to it being by the entrance.
Where on this map are you camping?

@NEWBIETACO Are you camping at the high rollers camp site?

Where I am camping the traffic and dust is not there, tree line helps out a lot. On the map you post, at the bottom right where that whiteish road it, to the right of that is the RV spot that I am camping out on that East tree line.

You are getting there early Thursday for the Tread Lightly thing right?

The main reason I like camping there is that it is easy to get to the pavilion from camp instead of having to drive down the roads more. There is also a nice Port A John there. Easy to drive up the pavilion and be there in less than a minute. Etc.

    Also... better phone signal there.

Yeah i like the idea of being close to the food truck, pavilion, showers, bathrooms, etc. I just want to make sure im not getting dusted out by cars driving down the road.

@hoarder23 what time are you getting to the park to man the gate?

Nope, I never had an issue last year with it.

You going to camp beside me? Want to try to string a hammock between my truck and someones to try out....

Also... I am only bringing snacks, a big bottle of rum, shiner, maybe some coors, and then come coke for the rum. No actual food will be brought more than likely. Am still bring the RTIC to hold ice, rum, and the cokes in though.

Yeah i can camp next to you. I will probably back my truck up to the tree line so i can hang a hammock from a tree to my rack. You are welcome to hang one off my rack also. I should also get a smaller tarp to use as a canopy, my other one is a bit large. Or i could just sit under a tree...

I will probably grab some shiner ruby red beer, some normal shiners, and possibly some Sailor Jerry Rum! I will need some snacks, probably trail mix, beef jerky, and a few other small things for on the trails.

:fingerscrossed: i still get my truck back on Wednesday!

Hope you get it back Wednesday man!

I will have a 10x10 canopy setup for my camp just FYI.
