    We would shit ourselves if we saw a $300 power bill. :eek:

    Most it's ever been was $230 I think. All the improvements helped tremendously getting it down. Plus power seems to be a lot cheaper here than as you move out west. Water only runs like $43 a month. Seems it's higher elsewhere too.

    Our house is 1500 SF.

    Dude the city has such a major issue with bathrooms. Some guy mapped them out a while back and theres literally maybe a couple dozen public restrooms throughout the entire city. The ones that are available mysteriously go out of order during events, there isnt even any at the BART stations to "discourage the homeless." Its so ridiculous.

    What do you mean by "woke" though?

    2 dogs, 3 cats so I try to keep it cool all day.

    If I got a $600 electric bill I would probably have a literal heart attack.

    Water is about $35 and Natural Gas is about $20-35. I think upgrading my unit would help too.
