That's good to hear. I guess the silicone bead is non-negotiable and seems to be the ticket...

Did you seal them with silicone?

Yep, did the entire exterior seam and filled it completely. If you do it like that I don't suspect you'll have an issue.

I'll check in as well. Lots of rain here in the Portland area, ive even taken it through the car wash several times and I still have yet to see any moisture accumulating! Satisfied.

Thanks for the input and advice, guys. Definitely glad that people have had success with the silicone. Can't wait to get these in!! Got a 2011 honeycomb grill I'm gonna put on at the same time as these headlights and I think it'll really set things off up front

I installed mine after letting the silicone cure for about 20 hours. It's pretty humid outside right now and they've done well over the past 6 hours. Still in the process of getting them aimed. Anyone know which way points the lights left and right? I know how to adjust vertically, but I'm not sure about horizontally.

So i noticed on my left light that it is a lot brighter than the right side. As if it were stuck on high beams but on just that light. And when i do turn the high beams on the bright light just shifts from being up and goes down an inch, if that makes sense. Anyone know what the issue might be?

The top one but I have heard that aftermarket lights do not have left to right adjustment

The bottom outer ones definitely work up and down. Ill do some testing and will report back with the left and right adjustment.

For anyone wondering, if you are facing the rear of the headlight from the cab, turn the knob to the left to point the lights down. My right headlight was very much pointed upwards

Just a word of advice, check the bulb shroud inside the housing to ensure it's straight. Both of mine were horribly crooked. Very easy to straighten them out. So if you have a situation where one light is SUPER bright like the high beams are on it's likely because the bulb shroud is not covering the bulb entirely.

Are you speaking of the rubber boot that covers the rear of the bulb?

No, I'm talking about INSIDE the lens. It's the silver dome looking thing that sits in there and hides the bulb from being totally revealed. If you remove the bulb you can reach a pair of needle nose pliers in there and straighten it out. It's a 2 minute job if the housings are off the truck.

Happy to report back that the lights have not fogged up at all after two very humid days and nights. Sealing them with silicone is definitely a must

Awesome. I detailed the Tacoma yesterday using my pressure washer to knock down the initial dirt layer and followed up with a snow foam bath. Still no leaks so I too am confident the silicone bead around the headlights has made a difference. Very much enjoy the look of these lights and the light output after being aimed is excellent.
