    Nope, We have Alabama Power and Georgia has Georgia Power both are the same company and together are Southern Company. There are some smaller power groups but you are either in the area they service or in Georgia Power's service area. As far as I know Alabama is under Alabama Power all over. I haven't seen any others in Alabama. But either way you can't shop a different provider because only one Company owns the lines in your area.
