    i cannot confirm anything...there are too many unknowns at this point... having to move dates and look for new locations this year has really fucked our planning...and we all also have busy work schedules without enough free time to really sort through these issues as fast as you all would like

    i knew about BFE for a while...but that still pisses me off as im sure everyone else. 5G a day?! thats fucking nuts. I would never be in this sport if it wasnt for the low cost and easy access and sheer levels of fun that bfe offered. We always cleaned up, were respectful, could pack in as many people as possible, and do whatever we wanted.

    if this change is based just on raking in more money, they can eat it.

    we're still hopeful we can work out some magic...worse case, people still end up in moab and enjoy moab, just not the full get together that we've grown to love...

    I don't know much about the area or campgeounds out there or how BLM works lol, but if you need a guy to make phone calls I usually have plenty of time throughout the day and I'm always willing to help. I've only made it to one RT but it was awesome and I'd love to help keep it going.

    As did I. My worry is that the other people in my group won't be able to change the dates. Good news is I don't think there will be any reason to change the dates. From the people I've talked to Moab gets pretty busy the last few months.
