    Brutal loss for the Leafs. I know it is only 1 game, but I felt like that was maybe their chance to capitalize (no pun intended) on Caps coming out a bit sloppy. Caps didn't play their best game, Leafs came out flying and Andersen was brilliant. That is a tough one to give away. You just hate to see them blow that chance, when they need to take advantage of every opportunity to beat Washington in a series. I guess we will see what happens, but to me, that was a real killer.

    Worst part was if they played like that VS Ottawa or Boston they would easily be in the 2nd round

    How many can they protect again? And isn't the list being published in June or sometime around then?

    It's a tough choice because they have Fowler and Vatanen who are great skaters and Lindholm has an insane +/- but they have a lot of smaller offensive dman ready to come up when ready. Some are already here due to injuries like Theodore and Montour.
