Third Gen lunges forward in 'park' and crashes into wall, mother injured

I want to feel sorry for her but can't. She should NOT be driving that truck unless she's an expert on the damage, or has had it checked out. If she has another wreck, she's going to have a shit ton of new issues.

This also clarifies that she held the gas pedal AFTER she hit the wall. This damage shows she was on the gas pedal

 

Same, it occurs after I have already turned in and straightened out. I then just ride the break watching the camera as I know right were to stop and during this time, the engine surges multiple times and I have to be ready for it. It would NEVER total or damage it like she claims, but this is the first vehicle I have EVER owned that has this trait. It seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

She screwed up and caused all this damage and is trying to get Toyota pay for it, nice try.
No way the truck was in park and her foot was on the brake and it shot forward and did that to the front end.
