    Moved into a community 15 years ago with an HOA. Thought I wouldn't like it, but the rules aren't bad at all and the majority of the neighbors don't bitch unless it's really a bad violation of the rules. Houses are neat and clean and best of all, NO kids under the age of 19 can stay for more than 30 consecutive days per year:thumbsup:. We keep the grand kids for some nights load them up with sugar, mountain dew and donuts and send them home:D:thumbsup:. Life is good. Hearing some horror stories of folks and HOA's I feel fortunate. The one rule I thought would be an issue was no working on your car. Not an issue as I pull it in the garage and close the door. Nobody is the wiser:cheers:.

    Everything worked out at the Doc this morning. One small glitch was found and removed.
    When I left, I proceeded to the diner across the road and had the 3 egg breakfast special,lol.

    I DID lose 7 pounds, so I guess people are right when they say I'm full of it.o_O
