Front Diff, Transfer Case, and Auto Transmission Breathers

    That is freaking awesome, man! So how do you plan on plumbing those over to the ARB breather?

    Also just to clarify, the ones by the battery, both are for the front differential, yes?

    Let me know what you plan on doing, I am getting ready to install my ARB also.

    OME BP-51, TRD RIMS 17" KO2's, ARB snorkel, Rigid ditch Dually flood lights with OCF ditch brackets, custom cut vinyl hood wrap, extang 2.0 bed cover, bed extender, OEM roof rack and side steps, ARB Breather kit, weathertech window deflectors
    I'm planning to link those two front diff lines and connecting it to one fitting on the ARB kit. The front diff has a line going to a black box(actuator or controller) and the diff just like the transfer case has 2. I'm going to try and remove the transmission breather, because I can actually reach it and extend that line. The transfer case...I'll have to remove those and try to combine them also into one line. I'll need to get more line now that I found all the info out and an extra fitting for the ARB kit

    Ok so the two by the battery are the front diff, and I should combine those into 1 to the ARB. I wonder if you can take all three lines for the transfer case and the transmission and combine them into one?

    BTW - If I do all of this to the Tcase, Trans, and the front diff, are those the only way these units breathe? There isn't any other vents or opening holes correct? I just need to be sure I am completely sealed as I am doing some water-forging very shortly.

    I'm new to this also, but that's all I know for now. I already went in the water not knowing about these breathers and just had a snorkel. Got my fluids changed and still working on these.

    Looks like I'll be changing my setup once I get more line and fittings. I will update with pictures once finished.

    How r u getting the 2 lines from down there to ur diff breather? I'm only asking because I can't see how to get there.
    So the 2 at the rear and 2 battery are for the tranny and transfer. I wonder y 2 fir each one. And the rear diff is just 1. I have a diff breather that will allow for 6 inputs. BRC

    I'm going unplug them and completely re route it with new line. I don't have the line yet or fittings. So I'm holding off for now. You can feel them if you stick you had under from the drivers side over he transmission. You just have to look. It's hard to explain, because it's a tight fit. Since I showed the video, you should have a general idea where it's at.

    I did go into some water last week, didnt let off while in the water. Should I be worried about changing my fluids as well?

    I did....rather be safe than sorry. My rear diff fluid had a little bit of water when I got it changed

    not sure if that's transmission
    either that or these vehicles are all fuckin different.

    From what I've heard in other threads these two are my front diff and transmission breathers. Right beside the fuse box in the engine bay
    one day soon when its no longer raining like it has been every weekend I'm just going to go under and find each one and follow where it goes.

    Well I just looked in the area that @Steventura86 had on the video and we'll I have 3 of them. So I have 2 at the fuse panel and 3 at the rear of motor/ front of fire wall?? I he no idea what that tells you.

    I was going to go look around under the truck today, had it up on ramps and everything but the ground was still too wet from all the rain, didn't feel like doing it and I was getting too hungry lol.

    I'm gonna go by my mechanics this week probably to get him to give me a hand mounting my sliders as that's what I was trying to do with it on ramps, but its just too much to do as one person for me, especially since I'm supposed to be on light duty at work after destroying my knee lol. When its up on the hoist we'll look around and figure out what's what.
