    We're (best friend and I) are starting our home made skid career today! Doing some Jeep control arm skids, then gonna try and do some underbody ones for another friends Jeep. Anyone needing some jank ass but strong Toyota skids? :rofl::rofl:

    Over the summer we have a set of 4Runner slider's we're gonna build for my roommate, if it goes well and we're confident i'd be down to cut you a deal if I can take measurements off your 4Runna

    Awesome. Been seeing their bumpers pop up lately and they're by far the best looking for a 3rd gen imo. Truck is looking sweet man

    We trimmed the control arm mounts on the back side that we're reducing travel, could tell it was contacting. Then noticed the fronts had been smashed, so the concensus was "fuck it let's eye ball some skids and try it out" since we're about to build some underbelly ones for another club members, and do my T-case and gas tank skids. Think it turned out pretty well! Neither of us have ever taken any welding classes, just YouTube. These are his, he's a lot better than me, I need more practice. Also worth noting important things, like a frame repair we did, the welds were a lot better since it was more important. This was a quickie garage job
