@ProForce can you describe the mechanism that activates the pump only when the spray nozzle is opened? Is there a pressure switch built into the pump?

If i can get 10-15 people to commit to one i will consider making another run of 30.

If i get 15 commited pre-orders i would be willing to offer special pricing to those on the preorser list. $20 off plus free shipping making the kits $180 to your door. Anyone interested?

I had other 12V requirements in the bed so I worked with the OP to set up a fuse box in the pocket.

A 10 guage power wire runs from a circuit breaker in the engine compartment to the pocket.

The pump uses a 5 amp circuit on the Blue Sky fuse panel.

@ProForce I found a gun/ammo box for something like $20 on Amazon I think will fit my pump and accumulator, gonna take some measurements off everything and see if it'll work. Gonna just mount everything to a piece of plywood and then probably epoxy the wood to the bottom of the box, then build a platform on top of that for the electric and inlet/outlet connections. I'll let you know how it goes, possibly start it next week. If it works out well I'll shoot you all the details if you're interested in releasing your own mobile kit. Or alternatively we could work together on it and I can pump out a couple of the boxes/wood pieces for you or customers to set up.
I have the idea in my head of what I want to accomplish, just have to see if I can get the parts to all line up how I want it lol.

I have a car plug wiring kit with about 10' of wiring I think should wire up to the pump just fine. Have been trying g to find some sort of quick roll up system I can mount in the box as well, but no luck so far, initial kit should just have plug with wiring, inlet/outlet hoses all rolled up just inside the lid with everything else hidden below.

Took me a few days, but I got mine installed yesterday. I was waiting on a couple of other things to come in so I could do a couple of other mods at the same time. A couple of 12volt outlets and some USBs in the other bedside pocket and the tail gate electric lock as well.

I actually just put one together in an ammo can this week. It was a test run so isnt as pretty as id like but it works great! Just used a .50cal can you can find them for like $17 at harbor freight and its a nice metal can with plenty of room. No need to put a board inside everything fits just fine. I know your adding an accumulator tank so you'll need lots more room but the kit without tank fits like a glove in there. Ill post some pics later

Looking good! Nice work. I think many people like having the install self contained in that pocket

Oh awesome! I've got the larger pump as well and want everything to look "factory" if you will, so you don't actually see the mechanical, just plug in the electrical and unwind the hoses

Yeah, not trying to detract away from your product at all, I'll outright admit I got the whole idea from your kit lol, I just decided I wanted more out of it is all. I've been trying to find some sort of winding wire thing, but so far it's either for headphones or for extension cords, I need one in between lol
