Don't get this one. It was a,cheap $100 or something pit at the depot. It lasted us like 4 years or something but it's very frail.

Jay gave me the ok to get a good new one this weekend but I don't feel like driving drunk. I might go and get a new one tomorrow and hope it fits in the Honda. In the mean time I have to be on point with re fire.

 

Yes!!! I miss calm summer days offshore Gulf of Mexico when the helicopter pilot has to lift up and dive towards the water to build forward motion because there is no wind. Live and die with PHI.

Oh dude and you can hear every creak and rattle holy shit. When we had to take one from the big island to Kauai I gasped on take off and landing even with so much valium and booze. I clapped when we landed. I was the only one lol

 

My brother was a flight engineer on C-5s and C-130s. Used to get shot at with RPGs leaving Iraq - the GFs didn't realize that when FRED looked like he was at 500 feet he was really at 3000. Whoops!

I can happily say that while I have been shot toward in my career, I was never shot at.
