We are good down this way. Was my nite off from work, so I got to sleep like a normal person.
Getting ready for chores once the sun comes up. Need to go shop for optics for a couple rifles I picked up yesterday.

Yea.
Need to do some of that also. Hail made a mess of leaves and oak tassels everywhere.
Wifes corolla not bad hail dents but not worth a deductible when we don't have a carport.

 

Surprisingly not that many. The kids take the good stuff and the rest goes in a dumpster to be hauled away. I guess you could say it would be "A dumpster divers delight".

Good thing is we don't have to add water to the pool that often. But the floating snicker bars are a bit much. We keep plenty of pool shock on hand.

 

Finally I can see the lawn. It was tuff up here this year. My list is long this year.
My boy is bring me my early birthday present today. Another component bow.
So I guess after 30 years I need to get my game going again.

 

I remember doing the snicker bar trick. Sure cleared the pool quick.

Nice!. I have never tried to bow hunt but I follow a girl on FB who bowhunts the crap out of gar and carp.

 

I did mine. I used the old school spring compressor I used on my 67. I got lucky. I won't do that again. Too much tension on struts versus coil springs of years past.

 

I would only hope they were real snicker bars and not the fresh made ones . I don't use the pool where I live because of that reason.
