Ok guys my friend has a 88 pickup 4x4 22re. The truck has a bad battery and we have been boosting it off whenever we need to move it to work on it ( he is fixing it up). Well, last time i came i brought a battery booster so we wouldnt have to use my truck to boost his off constantly. Little did i know, one of the plug-ins in their garage was jerry-rigged up to a 30 Amp wire! So when we went to boost it, it blew the battery booster up and evidently blew a fuse or realy or something in his truck. Because now it will crank and crank, but will not start. Whenever we spray fuel into the intake, it runs for like 5 sec then dies. What has it blown? I know this isnt tacoma-related, but i just cant figure out which fuse could be blow or where theyre at. Thanks for any advice

Try the fuse for the fuel injection, fuel pump and ECU first.

And are these located under the hood on the left side?

I don't know, never really worked on many toyota pickups.
