Thanks for the post! I did the first light through the fender liner. Second one I went in from the top. If you can fit your hands in the top it was a bit faster that way. SUPER easy install, can't wait till it gets dark to see how bright they are.

From the side you can see a little bit of the mounting bracket. Not enough to bother me but if I get bored one day I may get a sheet of kydex from a buddy that makes holsters and fab up a shroud that more closely fits around the light.

Rubber tailgate mat on, so no more pain when we climb in and it's a good flat surface for cooking, etc.

Bought some DupliColor touch up paint for a stone chip in the center of my hood.. (who knows wtf happened to cause it, I don't. )

Anyhow, then I also used the paint to make the knobs a little easier to see where they're pointed.

What LEDs did you got with?

 

Went with the JDM ASTAR linked in the LED sticky. Work great and definitely brighter and cooler light for the reverse. Have to see the output at night to see what I think about that part. I have ones for license plate but haven't done them yet, not sure if I will.

No hyper flashing issues either.

I bought a bottle of Fluorescent Orange (Enamel) to paint the white line on the dial. Should be here Monday. Don't have a fine tip artist brush but think a toothpick will work.

I got the TSB installed yesterday and had them fix my alignment which was just slightly off from the factory. After washing and waxing it today I am trying to decide which badges I want off and what else I'd like to do next.
