LOL the home town ice scrapping crew screwed Washington a bit there.

 

Great OT there, once the refs fuck off that turned into a good game. Still feel like the caps have more to give but they better hurry up and do it

Not always the way you want to win but a PP goal in ot is better than nothing

 

honestly i feel like watching the caps their d is slow. shattenkirk can skate but alzner, orpik, and orlov are average at best, or maybe just this week but that might be what kills them eventually these playoffs, leafs skated circles around them even rielly and gardiner playing 40+ mins

 

Penalties were even dumb dumb.

What screwed Washington was their own ice crew. The Leafs had to burn a timeout on one icing and then took another less than a minute later. However rather then being able to take advantage of the Leafs screw up the ice cleaning crew came on for a TV timeout which rested the Leafs defenders again. I knew that would screw the Capitals later.
