Anyone with a 1st gen?? I have a TG dual case xmember skid I didn't use. Looking to trade for a bottle of whiskey. Think it will work with a singlet case without much more than grinding the second mount off...

That's the easiest way... get a bungee chord to hold everything out of the way.

Yea disconnect the LCA from the spindle/knuckle then you can swing it out of the way enough. I find it easier to put back together as well

Just double check that the cv boot fins aren't touching.. they will wear through eventually. Looking good!

I've had my truck lifted for at least 8 years. My passenger inner boot went last year, my drivers side went this year.

Indeed. I bought a boot kit, but I may just replace both axles instead.

Yea I bought a boot kit as well.. I looked into it and it seems very messy.. easier to slap in a new one. I also crossed the threads so that also helped in the decision to swap it out.

I've bought 2 sets of them in the past year and a half. Great tires.

"Huck"--(v): to insert a shit-ton of air beneath one's vehicle by means of driving at a high rate of speed over a ramp/wedge-shaped obstacle . This may be a term more popular with west coasties...

Drives very nice, somehow seems stiffer than stock, but smoother at the same time. I need to get it aligned soon but it still drives pretty well for something that is way out of spec.

Ugg so tired right now, my daughter kept waking up last night and getting into our bed. I've been trying to be chipper all day but all I have wanted to do is take a nap. Didn't help my MIL made a Turkey dinner for Easter

    :bored:
