I thought it was a pretty dope mod, it lowered intake temperatures quite a bit as verified by my OBD scanner... I think it probably gained a few hp, nothing crazy but a modest bump. It definitely sounds better without being as loud as the K&N intakes

The Toyota dealer installed these during the 5K checkup. I said something about it when I dropped it off and they did it. Didn't even really ask!

I saw that screen protector and thought the price was too high. I was looking for a 3.5x6" tempered glass without any cutout to just cover the small screen and not the sides. So far no luck. Maybe a manufacturer in Asian will figure out a need for this and start making them soon.

So why did you remove you mud flap? I been looking to purchase stock mud flap for my 4x4.
    I heard that 3rd party's has a small gap.

Does anyone know of a decent set of seat covers for little $? I work in my high schools greenhouse and there's already been one explosive water hose incident.

Looks good, but for the love of all that is good, get a bezel back in there around your grill.

I went to a rainy moto track day at Sonoma Raceway. The provider asked if riders would help and dry the track out by driving their cars on track.
I was the first to volunteer!!! First 2017 Taco to track Sonoma Raceway?????? Pictures taken at turn 2

I've had mine for some time now and haven't got around to installing them. But with all the yard waste I've been hauling i've been cursing myself for not getting them in and having to reach down to the lower forward hooks to attach a tiedown! Soon, very soon they'll be in!

been a project over the past few days.. I know some will give crap but I painted my OEM Sport rims with matte black rim paint and painted the front calipers with red caliper paint.. Im happy with it, I paid my truck off after making one monthly payment toward it so money is a factor to doing more mods at the moment, no lift yet and may consider different tires later down the road.. also going with the TRD rims with the red lettering, I carried it over to my rims and hand painted the Toyota logo on the center cap.. more to come over time

I got bored again and decided to add a set of drop down brackets for my CB antenna. It doesn't clear our garage so it spends most of its life rolling around the bed and I got tired of hearing it. I had enough spare flat bar to include a shovel mount as well. I just twisted on some Gearties from Home Depot and it work perfectly tucked behind my fuel can.

Yes I've been there a few times ! Load the truck up with brush and forget to hook up tiedowns or ropes before you load it up. I got another set on the way for my 2008 Tacoma which doesn't have the lower hooks on the front of the bed like the 17 does. I'm thinking on installing some D rings in the 2008 in the bed upfront.
