YouTube showed me how to poke a hole in one of the eyes to get the milk (water?) out. Its not awful, but it wasn't great either.
Then where to smack it to split it open.

I have two 33's you can borrow.

 

I have two 33 as well mine aren't mounted as fancy as ray though

 

The last 2 times I've done emissions they've just plugged in the OBD
No treadmill

 

Does he have to do emissions in his county or can it be anywhere on the front range?
I have 4 33's mounted that he can use. Would be easier of course if he finds something local.

No. Just has to be a Colorado station to test at.

 

Up here in Larimer county, the station right at hy 14 and interstate 25 has the ability to test up to 40" tires on the rollers.
They have one set of rollers that will accept up to 33" and another set for the big boys.
Might be the ticket.
