Mayo Clinic limits the number of shots I can get a year to 3. And found out last time there is a lifetime limit of around 60. Not sure I will have to worry about the 60 lifetime limit though...

Don't even get me started on the government and health care I would likely get banned!

And as soon as I say I am fine my friend starts talking about a major backpack with climbing involved...sigh, maybe time to get back in a shape besides round.

 

Start walking a tread mill now on an incline lol perhaps talk him in to a dirt bike climb :}

Starting to glue down my rear deck on my boat after my exon Valdez spill last year.
I think it will stay..
Need to replace my trailer lights. Sealed units and I have a bulb out.
After 22 years I guess they are alowed to burn out.
Long week this week so not to excited.

So onward we go..

 

Stupid f'n Doctor that did my physical sent an email tightening my restrictions to only being able to lift paper just how completely useless can I get

 

My Ortho doc tried cortisone with my knee, didn't work. Now I get monovisc, a lubricating shot which is given only one every 6 months, but actually lasts only 3. It does help. Doctor said I am too young for a replacement, so I am hanging in there for another maybe two years. Tomorrow, I will be getting my fourth shot. Other common brands are euflexxia, synvisc.... Ask your doctor, might be for you.

Your not to young.
My dr said your in pain. Why be in pain for 10 years and ruin some of the best years you have.
I was almost in a wheel chair.
To young is not an excuse. Get another dr.

 

Had problems in my good knee and after xrays, and MRI the doctor sent me to see a sports med doctor. He told me surgery is the last option so he gave me a series of synvisc shots(4 at 2 week intervals) and told me some people get up to 5 months and some can get up 5 years. So far it's been 4 months and doing good. Anything is worth a try before going under the knife.
