5 years old now, had it built for my 30th birthday, with the wait, arrived just before my 31st. Built by Dave Kirk of Kirk Frameworks: Bozeman, Montana. He came up through the ranks at Serotta before opening his own shop. Fantastic guy to work with.

I bought some cheaper (Vault off Amazon) shackles to run on the front normally, my good Van Beest stay in the truck. If they disappear I won't be pissed off near as much. Was just wondering if you were going to add a color accent with the shackles. Still debating if I want to go through the effort of painting the inside edge of my skid, for now, will probably just throw it on the truck and see how much of the skid I can see now that the lift is on.

You can use a screw driver or an old punch to tighten it. I crank all mine down and leave a punch in the console for when I'm on the trail

That's a good idea, might go with a ziptie so I don't worry about not being able to get it open when I needed to.

I think a few of us are meeting up on the 30th at Bridgeport to just give the truck a little test and follow the Soft Roaders around

The lean is strong with this one.

No doubt. Anything more than 2" will put a rake back in, will likely get around 2.2" from the Dakars after I pull the 3rd leaf.

i put mine in this weekend, i had a 1" add a leaf in mine after the swap out the backend sits about 1.5" higher now giving me a slight rake but i also have a heavy toolbox in the back of my truck.

I know I know, KBro2 or whatever, but I think they look pretty bad ass. Plus they fit the truck much better than the stocks IMO.
