I got home last night, took the guns out. Showered. Went to sleep. Didn't unpack until like 12 today and then greased up my driveshaft

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    This was a flamin' experience...

King is in Garden Grove. I would call them and ask if you can drive to their shop, bring your receipt and explain what's going on. Have them look at it since they're so new.

Looked over my truck today. I have a small oil lead on the right side coming from somewhere on the bottom of the engine, can't find the source yet.

Pretty sure my rattling is the front skid plate as one of the main bolts is stripped and only goes halfway in.

Also I'm wondering what the best way to check my LBJ's is, any tips? Thanks!

jack it up and grab the tire and try to move it around. Compare the driver and passenger. Since you are looking for an LBJ problem, follow this by then trying to push and pull the bottom of the tire. There shouldnt be any movement and it should not make a clicking noise. Also a worn ball joint will "pop" going over bumps. Sometimes viberations at high speeds. Before a ball joint breaks you'll experience loud popping, viberation, uneven tire wear. You'll can experience these problems for years before it will break (unless you offroad).

I have a 15* bag that's been perfect for me my last 2 trips out in the cold desert and in Idyllwild. I know the kind of cold you're talking about in Bishop and the wind can get intense there. If no luck with REI let me know and ill shoot you the info off my bag. I got it at Big 5 and I'd be willing to give it a go in Bishop for the opener.

I'm browsing REI's website right now. I remember the post you made about the bag you got at Big5, I'm bummed I never got around to going to pick one up. After second thoughts, me and the girl have talked about backpacking, so I'm looking for a solid bag that will end up being good for backpacking as well. Shoot me that bag you got though anyways so I can take a look and see. There's a Big5 close by, REI is too far away from me to go easily.
